Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Checks: Call us toll-free at 1.866.232.8953 to obtain the pre-approval process.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on our website, you may do so by adding items to your shopping cart. You may also call us at 1.866.232.8953 to place an order over the phone. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. reserve the right to deny approval based on credit card and/or check process.

Shipping Policy

Products ordered on our website are generally shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days from the time we receive a completed order. If a product is not shipped within this time frame, we will advise you via email notification, with the email address that was provided during the check out process. Additionally, if an item is out-of-stock or on back order, and a delay in shipping is caused, we will let you know of that as well. All products and shipping costs must be pre-paid. No COD is allowed. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. assumes no liability for any delays with any third party in shipping or delivery of its products. If, however, we become aware of any delays we will notify our customers at the email address provided during checkout. Custom gift baskets are not subject to this shipping policy. See below for additional details regarding order placement and shipment of custom gift baskets.

When will my custom gift basket be shipped?

Shipping of custom gift baskets is customarily discussed and agreed upon at time of your consultation with our representative, and not subject to our standard shipping policy. To ensure your custom gift basket arrives in time for your special occasion, please provide us with enough lead time to prepare your order and ship it to you. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. assumes no liability for any delays with any third party in shipping or delivery of its products. If, however, we become aware of any delays we will notify you at the e-mail address provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options to our customers: UPS and USPS. To calculate your shipping costs, follow the links on our shipping page. Shipping costs are based on method and using your zip code. 2% sales tax will be added to Illinois residents’ product total before shipping is calculated.

JJCK Return Policy

JJ’s Creative Kitchen we strive to meet all our customer’s needs. However, we appreciate the fact that from time to time a customer may not be completely satisfied with our product(s) following their purchase. While we do not wish this be the case for anyone, we realize this experience does occur. When it does, however, we can learn from and improve our products and customer service. In our ongoing effort to better serve our customer’s, we have established the following guidelines for our return policy. In order to obtain a refund all items below must be fulfilled, unless otherwise designed by law, within (30) thirty days of original purchase from JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. and mailed, postage pre-paid, to the following address: JJ’s Creative, Kitchen, Inc., P.O. Box 577603, Chicago, IL 60657. Customer refund requirements:
I. Complete written explanation for return/refund request. Include in your explanation item(s) purchased and reason(s) for your return.
II. Purchaser’s original JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. receipt. Include date of original purchase.
III. Purchaser’s complete name, address, phone number, credit card or check information. If purchase was with a credit card, also include the type of card, and the last four digits.
IV. Return of all items purchased/unopened/uneaten portion from JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all, JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. product(s), jar(s), lid(s), basket(s), tin(s), miscellaneous gift basket item(s), and product packaging.
Once all the above have been returned to JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. your return will be processed, and a refund will be requested and issued, if all items above (I – IV) are fulfilled. If you paid by credit card, your refund generally appears in your bank account within 2-3 business days. If you paid by check, we will mail you a check within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days to your provided billing address. Customers may be contacted to confirm billing and/or payment information prior to the processing of their refund. The management of JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. reserves the right to deny any product refund if any of the above listed items (I – IV) are not complete, or for sufficient cause.
