JJ’s Creative Kitchen’s products are unique in the fact that through our special cooking processes we are able to offer no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives in any of our products. In addition, we do not add any salt to any of our products and always use the least amount of sweetener possible so our products fresh, natural taste shines through. This unique blend is also done without compromising the taste, and at the same time we keep the cost reasonable. We believe this provides you, our customer, with a better product.

The “Fresh Taste You Can Count On”™ means that all our products are manufactured with only the freshest hand-selected ingredients possible. In addition, every product you see on our website has been carefully and specially made in small batches to ensure the finest possible production before the name JJ’s Creative Kitchen is ever applied to the label. Finally, this is our guarantee to you, our customer, that if our products are not the freshest, highest quality standard, then you can return them to us for a full refund.

Do your products have a shelf life?
Yes. Since we do not put any additives or preservatives into our products, we can only provide a shelf-life of two (2) years from the manufacturer’s date. Once a product is opened or unsealed, it should always be refrigerated. However, we doubt any of our products will last this long once they are opened! If you complete the form on the custom gift basket page, someone will contact you to obtain additional details and to complete your order. We will contact you within 24 hours of your initial request, or on the following business day.

How can I pay for my JJ’s Creative Kitchen products?
We offer the following payment options:

- Checks: Call us toll-free at 1.866.232.8953 to obtain the pre-approval process.
If you are interested in purchasing anything on our website, you may do so by adding items to your shopping cart. You may also call us at 1.866.232.8953 to place an order over the phone. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. reserve the right to deny approval based on credit card and/or check process.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Products ordered on our website are generally shipped within two (2) to four (4) business days from the time we receive a completed order from you. If a product is not shipped within this time frame, we will advise you via e-mail notification, with the e-mail address that was provided during the check out process. Additionally, if an item is out-of-stock or on back order, and a delay in shipping is caused, we will let you know of that as well. All products and shipping costs must be pre-paid. No COD is allowed. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. assumes no liability for any delays with any third party in shipping or delivery of its products. If, however, we become aware of any delays we will notify you at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
When will my custom gift basket be shipped?
Shipping of custom gift baskets is customarily discussed and agreed upon at time of your consultation with our representative, and not subject to our standard shipping policy. To ensure your custom gift basket arrives in time for your special occasion, please provide us with enough lead time to prepare your order and ship it to you. JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. assumes no liability for any delays with any third party in shipping or delivery of its products. If, however, we become aware of any delays we will notify you at the e-mail address provided during checkout.

What are your Shipping Methods?
We offer the following shipping options to our customers: UPS and USPS. To calculate your shipping costs, following the links on our shipping page. Shipping costs are based on method and using your zip code. 2% sales tax will be added to Illinois residents’ product total before shipping is calculated.
Can I track the status of my products once shipped?
Yes. Once your products are shipped our system sends an e-mail notification to the e-mail address you provided during the checkout process. If your order was taken manually, you will still receive e-mail notification. The e-mail notification will come from info@jjckgourmet.com.
Do you sell any of my personal information?
